'Extra Triple Curled' Parsley is a hardy biennial herb with an incredible ornamental landscape appeal! The leaves of this variety are tightly curled, but still possess the same great flavor as standard flat-leaf Parsley. Mingle plants throughout herb gardens or mixed borders to add a delicate texture. Fresh-cut sprigs make a nice garnish on the dinner plate. Chew a few leaves as a breath cleanser for onion and garlic odors. Leaves may be used fresh or dried to add flavor to soups and stews. The leaves are high in iron and vitamins A and C.
