Hummingbird Summersweet is a compact native shrub covered in fragrant white bottlebrush flowers in July and August that draw bees, butterflies and hummingbirds. It grows 3-4 feet tall, tolerates wet soils and shade, and its foliage turns golden yellow in fall.
